The professional and personal training and further training of our employees is a top priority for us. Only in this way can we respond to the constant changes on the market when required, and react to new challenges with the necessary speed and flexibility.

Strengthen existing capabilities

So the most important task of personnel development, in our view, is to recognise the existing capabilities and strengths of our employees so that they can be maintained and developed still further, with a view to encouraging them to work out their own solutions to problems and launch innovations.

In this connection, we take into account different life situations as well as professional expectations and aspirations. Our most important guiding principle is that personnel development is a matter for all. We are firmly persuaded that personnel development can only be effective when it is supported, initiated, nurtured and put into practice by everyone – and that goes from the top executive level to all managers and every individual member of staff.
